Job Overview

Marc Ellis is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant – SAP BO for a 12-month contract with a leading banking client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise technical solutions using SAP BusinessObjects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including TDD, HLD, LLD, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Support enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, message queues (MQ), brokers, and web services.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and integration teams to ensure system stability.
• Participate in system reviews to identify improvements, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Support change management, release planning, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with third-party vendors for issue resolution and product enhancements.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide functional support to business users.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
• Support SDLC activities using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to enterprise application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience within the banking and financial services industry.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise software applications and system integrations.
