Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise eCommerce solutions using SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).
• Lead technical implementation, enhancement, and operational support activities.
• Manage application operations to ensure high availability and service reliability.
• Coordinate incident management, issue resolution, and production support.
• Monitor and achieve SLA compliance across support and development activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement technical requirements.
• Manage tasks and project activities using JIRA and ticketing tools.
• Support B2B and B2C eCommerce platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement performance improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to development teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure digital commerce solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of overall IT operations experience.
• At least 7+ years of experience in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and eCommerce technologies.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.
