Position 1: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Contract Duration

3 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and material quantity calculations.
• Review Mechanical Take-Off (MTO) documentation.
• Interpret piping drawings and engineering documentation.
• Support project estimation and quantity verification activities.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
• Ensure accuracy of project quantities and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience with quantity take-offs, MTO, and piping drawings.

Position 2: HSE Officer (E-PTW)

Location

Ras Laffan / Dukhan, Qatar

Contract Duration

3 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and enforce safe work practices.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) and Electronic Permit to Work (E-PTW) procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
• Support incident prevention and risk assessment activities.
• Promote compliance with QatarEnergy safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• 6–7 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Mandatory Certifications

• OSHA Certification
• NEBOSH Certification
• QatarEnergy-approved PTW/E-PTW Certification

Position 3: Scaffolding Supervisor

Location

Dukhan, Qatar

Contract Duration

2 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities.
• Ensure compliance with scaffolding safety regulations and site procedures.
• Conduct scaffold inspections and maintain inspection records.
• Coordinate scaffolding work with construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy Permit to Work procedures.
• Monitor safety performance and site supervision activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of scaffolding supervision experience.
• At least 3 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.

Mandatory Certifications

• CISRS Certification
• QatarEnergy (QE) Approval
• E-PTW Experience
