Successful candidates will work in the US EST night shift and gain practical exposure to Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, direct clients, job portals, and professional sourcing networks, supporting long-term career growth in IT recruitment and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements using job portals, professional networks, and vendor channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients as required.
• Maintain and develop effective candidate and vendor networks.
• Review resumes and assess candidate suitability against open positions.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and staffing partners throughout the recruitment process.
• Work effectively during the US EST night shift to support recruitment activities aligned with US business hours.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment-related records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Familiarity with job portals and vendor networks.
• Knowledge of Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct-client recruitment environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good candidate relationship and coordination skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Nizampet, Hyderabad.
• Willingness and availability to work the US EST night shift.
