Job Overview

We are seeking Junior Motion GEOINT Analysts to support critical Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community missions. This permanent, full-time, on-site opportunity in McLean, Virginia is suited to intelligence professionals with experience in intelligence analysis, GEOINT, IMINT, Full Motion Video (FMV), or imagery analysis and the ability to operate in a high-tempo mission environment.

The role involves analyzing Motion GEOINT and imagery data from multiple platforms and producing intelligence products that support operational and mission-specific requirements. Analysts will work with multidisciplinary intelligence, geospatial, engineering, and government teams while developing advanced expertise in imagery exploitation, geospatial intelligence, and intelligence production.

Selected candidates must successfully complete required MITIL, program orientation, and on-the-job training (OJT). The position supports a Special Access Program (SAP) and therefore requires additional screening and customer approval. This structured training and operational exposure can support continued professional development and career growth within GEOINT and national security analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze targets using multiple platforms and Motion GEOINT data sources.
  • Exploit multispectral, hyperspectral, infrared (IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and LiDAR imagery.
  • Record and accurately type live Motion GEOINT exploitation comments.
  • Maintain a minimum typing speed of 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, and 360-degree graphics.
  • Conduct imagery research and analysis using current and historical imagery.
  • Produce NGA imagery analysis products, reports, mission-specific products, and daily briefings.
  • Collaborate with NGA, NSG, ASG, imagery and geospatial analysts, intelligence analysts, and engineers.
  • Archive and disseminate intelligence products in accordance with applicable NGA guidelines.
  • Support mission requirements in a high-tempo operational environment.
  • Complete required MITIL, program orientation, and OJT training.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Formal military intelligence training.
  • Either 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience or a related Bachelor’s degree combined with formal intelligence training.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-tempo operational environment.
  • Minimum typing speed of 32 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Ability to successfully complete required program training and customer screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in GEOINT.
  • Experience in IMINT.
  • Full Motion Video (FMV) analysis experience.
  • Imagery analysis experience.
  • Familiarity with multispectral, hyperspectral, IR, SAR, or LiDAR imagery.
  • Experience producing intelligence analysis products and operational briefings.

Security Requirements

This position supports a Special Access Program (SAP). In addition to the active TS/SCI clearance requirement, selected candidates must successfully complete additional screening and obtain required customer approval.
