Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect – Enterprise & Generative AI Solutions to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise software solutions. This senior technical leadership role involves translating business requirements into robust technical architectures while ensuring technical excellence across complex projects.

The Architect will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, client stakeholders, and business leaders to define solution roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, conduct proof-of-concepts, and guide end-to-end implementation. The role also requires hands-on technical involvement, including coding, troubleshooting, architecture governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design solution architectures, high-level designs, and detailed implementation plans.
• Lead technical proof-of-concepts and feasibility assessments for new technologies and solutions.
• Drive end-to-end technical implementation while maintaining hands-on coding involvement where required.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by addressing technical debt and recommending architectural enhancements.
• Contribute to RFP and RFI solution proposals, technical responses, and innovation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reference architectures, technical standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects and software developers.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure technical quality and consistency.
• Lead architecture governance, technical risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate tools, processes, and frameworks.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to align technology strategy with business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• 12+ years of experience designing large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise software development.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and complex software implementations.

Cloud & AI Technologies

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with LangChain and Generative AI solution development.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.

Software Engineering

• Strong experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application architectures.
• Frontend development experience with React, Angular, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and message brokers.

Architecture & Security

• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture methodologies and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of security principles, identity management, and data protection.
• Experience conducting architecture governance and technical risk assessments.

Leadership & Communication

• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
