Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Temenos T24 Developers and Functional Professionals with 4–8 years of relevant experience to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support core banking applications using the Temenos T24 banking platform. The role will involve hands-on development, production support, functional expertise, system integration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

The successful candidate will work across T24 architecture, COB, local customizations, TAFJ, TAFC, jBase, InfoBasic, Unix/Linux, and Oracle/SQL Server environments. Experience with T24 version upgrades, including migrations between releases such as R17 to R22, will be particularly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain banking applications using the Temenos T24 platform.
• Customize T24 core banking modules to meet client-specific business requirements, workflows, and business logic.
• Develop and maintain integrations between T24, APIs, payment gateways, external databases, and third-party applications.
• Work with T24 architecture, COB, local customizations, and upgrade processes.
• Develop and maintain solutions using jBase, InfoBasic, TAFJ, and TAFC.
• Work with Unix/Linux environments and relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server.
• Execute and support T24 upgrades across releases, such as R17 to R22.
• Troubleshoot and resolve T24 application issues to minimize operational downtime.
• Apply T24 updates, patches, enhancements, and new software versions while maintaining system stability.
• Perform data extraction, migration, and performance optimization using underlying T24 databases.
• Identify application bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing to ensure application quality and compliance with requirements.
• Provide production support, bug fixes, enhancements, and performance tuning for existing T24 implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering T24 customizations, integrations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Ensure T24 solutions adhere to applicable banking regulatory standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• 4–8 years of overall relevant experience in Temenos T24 development, functional consulting, production support, or related core banking roles.
• Minimum 4+ years of solid hands-on Temenos T24 experience is required.
• Experience in T24 development, production support, and/or functional implementation.
• Strong understanding of core banking application development and support.

Temenos T24 Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of T24 architecture.
• Experience with COB and local customizations.
• Hands-on experience with T24 upgrades.
• Experience with TAFJ and TAFC frameworks.
• Proficiency in:

• Experience with T24 application integrations, APIs, and external systems.

Capital Markets & Securities Experience

• Fixed Income and Derivatives Execution Management System (TSOX)
• Capital markets and securities order management systems.
• Buy-side, sell-side, brokerage, or trading system environments.
• Fixed Income, Bonds, and Securities Trading.
• FIX Protocol 4.X.
