We are hiring a dedicated IT Support & Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations within a dynamic organization in Oman. π Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, networks, and business applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently
- Manage helpdesk tickets, user accounts, and access control systems
- Monitor system performance to ensure uptime and business continuity
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates
- Generate reports on support tickets, recurring issues, and performance trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges
- Ensure timely resolution of user queries and service requests
π Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1β3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and IT support tools
- Good communication skills and ability to support end-users effectively
