We are hiring an experienced Procurement Manager to support operations within the Water Treatment and Utilities sector in Qatar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in utilities or industrial procurement and a solid understanding of local market dynamics in Qatar.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for water treatment and utilities projects

• Handle supplier identification, evaluation, and contract negotiations
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar local regulations

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in water treatment, utilities, or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and contract management
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Familiarity with Qatar local market suppliers and regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID
