Job Overview

A leading client in Dubai, UAE is urgently hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, financial consulting, and end-to-end project implementation. This opportunity is ideal for Chartered Accountants with a strong consulting background and hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Suite implementations across enterprise environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring Oracle EPM solutions, supporting full project lifecycle delivery, and working closely with clients to implement enterprise financial planning and performance management systems. Candidates with experience in real estate and manufacturing domains will have a strong advantage.

This role offers excellent professional development opportunities within enterprise consulting, Oracle cloud technologies, and financial transformation projects. The position also provides exposure to strategic planning, accounting and auditing processes, and large-scale Oracle EPM implementation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Fusion EPM solutions for enterprise clients
• Support implementation of Oracle EPM products and related modules
• Handle full project lifecycle activities from strategy to delivery and post-implementation support
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business and financial requirements
• Provide consulting support on customer sites for Oracle EPM implementations
• Ensure proper alignment of EPM solutions with accounting and auditing standards
• Assist with system configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Support enterprise financial planning, reporting, and performance management initiatives
• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout project execution

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• Strong experience implementing Oracle EPM products and solutions
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Oracle EPM project delivery
• Strong knowledge of designing and configuring EPM solutions
• Good understanding of accounting and auditing concepts
• Previous experience working in a consultancy capacity on customer sites
• Domain experience in Real Estate or Manufacturing industries preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Candidates with notice period between 0–30 days preferred
