Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Perform project cost estimation and budgeting activities
- Support tendering and bid preparation processes
- Monitor project costs and financial performance
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams
- Analyze project expenditures and cost reports
- Ensure accurate cost tracking and documentation
- Utilize AutoCAD and MS Excel for project and cost analysis
- Assist in EPC project planning and cost control operations
- Support infrastructure and smart building project execution
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost control, tendering, or EPC projects
- Strong background in costing and estimation
- Experience with infrastructure and smart building projects preferred
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
