Job Overview

We are urgently hiring an experienced Planning Engineer for a leading Petrochemical and Industrial Construction project in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project planning and scheduling activities using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed performance reports
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders regarding project schedules and deliverables
• Conduct risk analysis and support mitigation planning activities
• Manage resource planning and workforce optimization processes
• Support multi-project scheduling and operational coordination
• Track project milestones, timelines, and execution progress
• Prepare planning documentation and project performance analysis reports
• Coordinate manpower allocation and project resource management for large-scale operations
• Ensure project schedules align with construction and operational objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10+ years of project planning experience
• Strong background in Petrochemical and Construction projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6
• Knowledge of Resource Optimization and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools
• Experience managing multi-project operations and manpower exceeding 1500 personnel
• Strong English communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and project scheduling capabilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced industrial project environments
