Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall project execution and site coordination

- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Civil Engineer
- Supervise civil construction activities and infrastructure works
- Coordinate site execution and technical project requirements
- Monitor construction quality, materials, and timelines
- Support project documentation and reporting processes
Architectural Engineer
- Oversee architectural implementation and design coordination
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site teams and consultants on technical matters
- Support quality control and finishing inspections
Mechanical Engineer
- Supervise mechanical systems installation and project execution
- Coordinate MEP activities and technical site operations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Support technical troubleshooting and reporting
Electrical Engineer
- Manage electrical works and site coordination activities
- Ensure proper installation and testing of electrical systems
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Site Supervisor (All Disciplines)
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
- Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate with engineers and project management teams
- Support project reporting and operational monitoring
Surveyor
- Conduct site measurements and land surveying activities
- Support layout verification and construction alignment processes
- Maintain accurate surveying documentation and reports
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams for execution accuracy
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in villa and infrastructure projects
- Strong on-site coordination and project execution experience
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to construction quality, workplace safety, and project deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Relevant engineering or technical qualifications preferred based on role
- Experience within construction and infrastructure environments required
