A major industrial project in Jubail is seeking an experienced Senior Schedule Analyst to support project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling activities across all project phases
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
• Perform schedule forecasting, progress tracking, and reporting activities
• Conduct Critical Path Analysis and identify schedule risks and delays
• Support Schedule Risk Analysis and Monte Carlo simulation activities
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Prepare schedule performance reports and project progress updates
• Analyze project milestones, deliverables, and resource planning requirements
• Monitor project schedule compliance and support corrective action planning
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of project scheduling and planning experience
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6
• Experience supporting major capital, EPC, or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of schedule forecasting, reporting, and Critical Path Analysis
• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis and Monte Carlo methodologies
• Strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage complex project scheduling activities within industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, APM, or related project management certification
• Saudi Arabia or Middle East project experience
• Industrial or metals project background
• Additional training in project controls, scheduling systems, or risk management is advantageous
