Key Responsibilities
Senior Civil Engineer (Infrastructure)
- Manage infrastructure construction activities and site execution.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
Site Engineer (Building & Finishing)
- Supervise building and finishing works on-site.
- Monitor construction quality and project progress.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site resources.
Planning Engineer (Primavera P6 Expert)
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project performance and progress against milestones.
- Prepare planning reports and recovery schedules.
Document Controller (Aconex Experience)
- Manage project documentation and records.
- Maintain document control systems using Aconex.
- Ensure document accuracy, distribution, and compliance.
Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Prepare cost estimates, valuations, and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor project costs and contractual compliance.
- Support procurement and commercial management activities.
Site Accountant
- Manage project-related financial transactions and records.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and documentation requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in industry-related software and systems.
- Strong understanding of construction project execution and management.
- Role-specific technical expertise relevant to the position applied for.
- Primavera P6 expertise for Planning Engineer positions.
- Aconex experience for Document Controller positions.
Soft Skills
- Strong English communication skills.
