Key Responsibilities
SD Network Support Engineer
- Implement and support LAN/WAN network solutions across enterprise environments.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices.
- Support IP and VoIP infrastructure and related network services.
- Perform network performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors during implementation and support activities.
- Assist with network project deployment and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain network documentation and technical reports.
- Ensure network availability, reliability, and security compliance.
Systems Support Engineer
- Provide system administration and enterprise IT support services.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange environments and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Support security compliance initiatives and system governance requirements.
- Coordinate infrastructure support activities across business units.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field preferred.
SD Network Support Engineer Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in network services and enterprise network support.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and network architecture.
- Experience with routers, switches, IP networking, and VoIP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and network diagnostics skills.
- Experience in project implementation and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking best practices and operational procedures.
Systems Support Engineer Requirements
