Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure and back-end systems.
• Monitor and support Windows Server environments and cloud-based services.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPNs, firewalls, and network security solutions.
• Coordinate with external technology vendors for application support and system enhancements.
• Support application management and ensure system availability and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain IT security standards and support cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist with POS systems and related operational technology platforms.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Proven experience in Information Technology and Networking.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and back-end systems.
• Experience managing applications and coordinating with third-party technology vendors.
• Previous experience in the Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail sector is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Networking and IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of VPN configuration and management.
• Experience working with Firewalls and IT Security solutions.
• Familiarity with POS Systems and application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
