Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Conduct business requirements gathering and process analysis workshops.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions based on business needs.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle activities.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
- Configure and manage procurement workflows and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Support Smart Forms implementation and customization requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement processes with business objectives.
- Ensure solution compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Participate in ERP transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation cycles.
- At least 3 years of experience within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Procurement projects.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
- Oracle Fusion configuration and implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger (GL) Budgets.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI reporting.
- Experience developing BI Publisher reports.
- Knowledge of Smart Forms configuration and management.
- Experience with Approval Workflow design and implementation.
- Understanding of procurement lifecycle management and business processes.
