Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation and optimization initiatives.
• Conduct business requirements gathering and process analysis workshops.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions based on business needs.
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle activities.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Configure and manage procurement workflows and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Support Smart Forms implementation and customization requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement processes with business objectives.
• Ensure solution compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Participate in ERP transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation cycles.
• At least 3 years of experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Procurement projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Oracle Fusion configuration and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger (GL) Budgets.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI reporting.
• Experience developing BI Publisher reports.
• Knowledge of Smart Forms configuration and management.
• Experience with Approval Workflow design and implementation.
• Understanding of procurement lifecycle management and business processes.
