Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and review general ledger entries
• Prepare VAT-related reports and ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Prepare financial reports and assist management with financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain documentation for audit purposes
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations and accounting practices
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Must possess a Transferable Iqama
• South Indian candidates, particularly Keralites, are preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities efficiently
