Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and site audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards

• Monitor workplace safety practices and identify potential hazards

• Support risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements

• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and inspection records

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs

• Coordinate with project teams to promote a safe working environment

• Monitor adherence to hard services and facilities management safety procedures

• Support emergency response planning and safety preparedness initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or Hard Services Projects

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements

• Experience conducting risk assessments and workplace safety inspections

• Understanding of incident reporting and corrective action processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of the English language

• Ability to work effectively in operational and project-based environments

• Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: SAR 2,000 – 2,300 per month

Hard Services Safety Supervisor:
Salary: SAR 3,200 – 3,500 per month
