Architectural Inspector Opportunity in Riyadh

V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified Architectural Inspector to join its team in Riyadh for the prestigious Diriyah and Qiddiya projects. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in architectural supervision, site inspections, finishing works, and construction quality control.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supervising architectural works on-site and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Job Overview

As an Architectural Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, inspecting architectural works, reviewing project compliance, and supporting the successful execution of high-profile development projects.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge of architectural finishes, construction methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs and project specifications.
• Inspect architectural works and finishing activities.
• Monitor workmanship quality and construction standards.
• Review project drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Prepare inspection reports and site documentation.
• Ensure project activities comply with quality and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural supervision and inspection.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and finishing works.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Ability to join immediately.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi Nationality (as per project requirements).
• Profession in Absher must be listed as Civil Servant (not Student).
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural supervision experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in engineering consultancy environments.
• Exposure to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and site inspection procedures.
• Immediate availability for project deployment.
