V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified Civil Inspector to join its team in Riyadh for the prestigious Qiddiyah development project. This opportunity is ideal for experienced civil engineering professionals with expertise in construction supervision, site inspections, quality control, and project compliance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works on-site and ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Job Overview

As a Civil Inspector, you will monitor construction activities, conduct site inspections, verify compliance with engineering specifications, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, engineering standards, and quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of civil works and site activities.
• Monitor construction progress and workmanship quality.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare inspection reports and technical records.
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil supervision and inspection.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Ability to join immediately.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi Nationality (as per project requirements).
• Profession in Absher must be listed as Civil Servant (not Student).
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil supervision experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision projects.
• Exposure to infrastructure, commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Immediate availability for project deployment.
