V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified Safety Specialist (HSE Specialist) to join its team in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for experienced health, safety, and environmental professionals who are passionate about creating safe work environments and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining safety procedures on-site while ensuring employees comply with safety requirements and project regulations.

Job Overview

As an HSE Specialist, you will support project safety initiatives, conduct site inspections, monitor compliance, identify workplace hazards, and help maintain a safe working environment across project sites.

This role requires strong knowledge of occupational health and safety systems, risk management practices, and safety compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor occupational health and safety procedures.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and project requirements.
• Monitor employee adherence to safety instructions and regulations.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Support incident reporting and safety investigations.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
• Conduct safety awareness and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to promote a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Safety or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
• Good understanding of occupational safety systems and regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Ability to join immediately.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi Nationality (as per project requirements).
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience.

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy projects.
