Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Technician to join a growing technology and digital signage team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role combines traditional IT support responsibilities with advanced digital signage and LED display system support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, digital signage systems, LED display solutions, and related technologies. Working closely with clients and internal teams, the IT Technician will ensure reliable system performance, efficient issue resolution, and high-quality customer support throughout installation and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and end-user devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
  • Provide technical support, user assistance, and basic technical training.
  • Install and commission LED display and digital signage systems.
  • Configure LED controllers, receiver cards, media players, and display management systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve display, networking, and content delivery issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and health checks for LED display systems.
  • Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and CCTV infrastructure.
  • Conduct structured cabling installations and interpret wiring diagrams.
  • Maintain asset inventories and equipment tracking records.
  • Coordinate with clients during installation, maintenance, and support activities.
  • Prepare installation reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
  • Provide onsite installation and field service support as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma, Technical Certification, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT Technical Support or related technical roles.
  • Experience supporting desktop systems, networking infrastructure, and end-user technologies.
  • Experience in field service operations is advantageous.
  • LED display installation and maintenance experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Familiarity with LED control systems and digital signage technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, IP configuration, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Experience diagnosing hardware, software, and display-related issues.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and media players is an advantage.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform structured cabling.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic server administration knowledge.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi infrastructure, printers, and CCTV systems.

Additional Requirements

  • KSA Driving License is preferred.
