Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ACC / BIM Implementation Specialist to support digital construction initiatives and enhance project delivery processes in KAEC, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Common Data Environment (CDE) management, and BIM coordination.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing digital workflows, managing project information, and ensuring effective collaboration across project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments.
Establish, configure, and maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) standards.
Configure project structures, permissions, workflows, and document management processes.
Manage project documentation and information control procedures.
Support BIM coordination activities and digital project delivery requirements.
Provide user training, onboarding, and technical support to project teams.
Ensure compliance with project information management standards and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital workflows and project efficiency.
Monitor and maintain data integrity across project platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.

Experience

Proven experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 implementation.
Experience in BIM coordination and project information management.
GCC project experience is considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Expertise in BIM 360 administration and configuration.
Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) setup and management.
Understanding of document control workflows and project information standards.
Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and digital construction practices.
Ability to configure project permissions, workflows, and collaboration standards.
