Key Responsibilities

• Lead information security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage and support cybersecurity operations, monitoring, and threat detection activities.
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews.
• Lead incident response activities, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Implement and manage cloud security controls across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• Oversee Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions and security monitoring programs.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls and security governance processes.
• Support compliance initiatives aligned with industry standards and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve organizational cybersecurity posture.
• Monitor emerging threats and recommend appropriate security improvements.
• Prepare security reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.
• Support business continuity and cyber resilience initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Information Security experience.
• Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
• Must be currently available within the UAE.
• Strong expertise in Cloud Security and Cybersecurity Operations.
• Hands-on experience securing AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security Governance and Risk Management practices.
• Experience managing Incident Response and Security Operations activities.
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
