Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join a leading organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions that enable effective financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Working closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources, the consultant will ensure optimized planning processes and enhanced decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM and Hyperion Planning solutions.
• Configure and manage financial statement planning processes, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow planning.
• Develop and support Capex, Opex, and Workforce Planning models.
• Implement and optimize Hyperion Planning and Budgeting applications.
• Manage Essbase databases, calculations, and performance optimization activities.
• Develop and maintain Essbase calculation scripts and business rules.
• Configure workflows, security models, and user provisioning processes.
• Support data integration using FDME and Data Management tools.
• Develop financial reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting and Smart View.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support troubleshooting, enhancements, testing, and production support activities.
• Develop automation and integration solutions using PL/SQL, MS SQL, Batch, and Jython scripting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle EPM and Hyperion technologies.
• Strong expertise in Financial Statement Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning & Budgeting (On-Premises).
• Strong knowledge of Essbase and EAS Console administration.
• Experience with FDME/Data Management and OLU processes.
• Expertise in Hyperion Financial Reporting and Smart View.
• Strong experience developing Essbase Calculation Scripts and Business Rules.
• Knowledge of workflow configuration, security administration, and provisioning.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, MS SQL, Batch Scripting, and Jython.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
