Job Overview
NBTC Group is seeking experienced Procurement Engineers to join its procurement team for ongoing Saudi Aramco EPC projects across Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and material sourcing within the Oil & Gas sector. Candidates with experience supporting Saudi Aramco EPC projects will be highly preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers and project stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment required for project execution. This role plays a critical part in supporting project schedules, cost control initiatives, and operational efficiency across large-scale EPC projects.
Working with one of the region’s leading engineering and construction organizations, successful candidates will gain exposure to complex Oil & Gas projects, procurement best practices, and long-term career growth opportunities within the EPC and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand material and equipment requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and procurement policies.
- Support cost optimization and procurement planning initiatives.
- Maintain procurement records and reporting documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics and project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Support supplier relationship management and contract administration activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven procurement experience in Saudi Aramco EPC projects.
- Saudi Aramco approval is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
- Experience working within EPC project environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in procurement documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

SAR 6,000 – 7,500 per month
