A leading Facilities Maintenance Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale facilities management and maintenance operations across the Kingdom. This opportunity is ideal for senior professionals with extensive experience in project leadership, operational management, stakeholder coordination, and facilities maintenance environments.

The successful candidate will oversee project execution, resource planning, operational performance, compliance management, and client relationship activities. Working closely with senior management, technical teams, and project stakeholders, the Project Director will ensure successful delivery of maintenance services while maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams and support workforce development.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining service quality standards.
• Prepare management reports and project performance evaluations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing facilities maintenance, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience overseeing large operational teams and multiple project functions.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
• Experience working in Gulf countries or large-scale facilities environments is preferred.
