Job Overview

NBTC KSA is seeking an experienced Manager – Piping to lead piping operations for major Oil & Gas projects in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This leadership position is ideal for seasoned professionals with extensive experience in piping project execution, construction management, team leadership, and large-scale industrial projects within the Oil & Gas sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of piping project execution, including planning, resource management, construction supervision, quality assurance, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with project managers, engineering teams, clients, and site personnel, the Manager – Piping will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within established schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage piping construction and project execution activities.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Supervise piping teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and operational performance.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and construction plans.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for project teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Extensive experience managing piping construction and project execution activities.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven experience overseeing large-scale industrial or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of piping systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in demanding project environments.
• Experience working in Gulf-region Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
