Job Overview
CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation), a globally recognized leader in infrastructure development and engineering excellence, is seeking experienced ELV BIM Engineers and BIM Modelers to support a major construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive BIM experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV), ICT, and electrical systems who are passionate about delivering complex multidisciplinary projects through advanced digital engineering methodologies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and coordinating BIM models for ELV systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with engineering, design, and construction teams, you will contribute to clash detection, technical documentation, construction coordination, and project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for ELV and ICT systems.
• Produce shop drawings, construction documentation, and technical BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate ELV BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection analysis and support clash resolution activities.
• Ensure design integration and compliance with project requirements.
• Support construction teams with BIM-based technical solutions and documentation.
• Update BIM models based on site conditions and project progress.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Maintain BIM standards, project documentation, and model quality controls.
• Assist in improving BIM workflows and project delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, ICT, ELV, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a BIM-focused role.
• Proven experience working with contracting companies is essential.
• Strong experience in shop drawings, construction coordination, and site-based BIM updates.
• Experience supporting large-scale multidisciplinary construction projects is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
• Advanced BIM modeling and coordination expertise.
• Strong understanding of BIM delivery processes in design and construction environments.
• Knowledge of ELV, ICT, and low-voltage systems design integration.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and BIM standards.
• Familiarity with construction project execution and technical coordination requirements.
