Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Quality Control activities across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, codes, and industry standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and quality verification processes.
• Review, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), observations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain and oversee quality documentation and inspection records.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders on quality-related matters.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
• Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct quality audits and compliance assessments.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to QC personnel and inspection teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Construction projects.
• Proven experience leading Quality Control teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing quality documentation, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project quality management systems and quality assurance practices.
