Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nokia NetGuard NIAM Engineer to join a leading technology and telecommunications environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing Nokia NetGuard Identity Access Management (NIAM) solutions within complex enterprise and telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Nokia NetGuard Identity Access Management (NIAM) solutions.
• Manage privileged access controls, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access policies.
• Integrate NIAM with enterprise platforms including Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS+, SIEM platforms, and OSS/BSS systems.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Implement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) controls.
• Support Privileged Session Management and access governance policies.
• Monitor system health, security logs, alerts, and audit trails.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and privileged account administration.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve identity management processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity domains.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia NetGuard NIAM solutions.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with enterprise identity and access management platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, and TACACS+ integrations.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and enterprise security monitoring.
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, access governance, and privileged access management concepts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
