Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day network security and infrastructure operations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco networking environments.
• Manage and support FortiGate firewall deployments and security policies.
• Monitor network performance, security events, and infrastructure health.
• Investigate and resolve network connectivity and security-related issues.
• Implement and maintain network security controls and firewall configurations.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and operational support activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and project teams.
• Support branch and site-level deployments across Riyadh as required.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and incident records.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in network security and infrastructure support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Proven experience managing and supporting FortiGate Firewalls.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and security principles.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and security incidents.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must currently be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle required.
• Willingness to travel across Riyadh for project activities.
