We are seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead and oversee enterprise Security Operations Center (SOC) functions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) activities.
  • Develop and implement SOC operational strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.
  • Manage cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and operational security teams.
  • Ensure timely identification, investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
  • Drive continuous improvement of security operations and incident response capabilities.
  • Utilize Splunk and other security monitoring tools to enhance visibility and threat detection.
  • Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) security controls.
  • Develop operational metrics, reporting dashboards, and executive-level security reports.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and risk management teams.
  • Support cybersecurity governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and operational maturity improvements.
  • Lead security incident management and crisis response activities when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working within Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.
  • Proven managerial experience leading cybersecurity operations teams.
  • Strong expertise in Splunk administration, monitoring, and security analytics.
  • Extensive experience with Incident Response (IR) processes and security operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity operations and security programs.
  • Strong understanding of threat detection, threat intelligence, and security monitoring methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and crisis management capabilities.
