Job Overview

CRCC is seeking experienced Integration (MEP) Managers and Integration (MEP) Engineers to join a major mega project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These positions are critical to ensuring seamless coordination and integration between multiple engineering disciplines, contractors, systems, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidates will play a key role in interface management, systems integration planning, design coordination, requirements management, and testing and commissioning activities. Working on a large-scale infrastructure project provides valuable exposure to complex engineering environments and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Interface Management

• Identify and manage interfaces between various project systems and disciplines
• Coordinate interactions between Electrical and Mechanical systems
• Manage integration between IT/ICT and Security systems
• Ensure compatibility between HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Prevent and resolve clashes between contractors and project teams

Integration Planning

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive System Integration Plan (SIP)
• Coordinate integration schedules and timelines across multiple contractors
• Monitor integration progress and support project milestones

Design Coordination

• Review multidisciplinary designs to ensure compatibility and integration
• Verify compliance with project specifications and requirements
• Coordinate design reviews with stakeholders and engineering teams

Requirements Management

• Capture, document, and track functional and technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with Employer Requirements (ERs)
• Maintain traceability throughout design, implementation, testing, and commissioning phases

Testing & Commissioning Integration

• Coordinate integration testing and system validation activities
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Coordinate subsystem testing activities
• Manage Integrated System Testing (IST) processes

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of total professional experience
• Experience working on large construction projects such as:
  • Airports
  • Hospitals
  • Infrastructure projects
  • Industrial plants
• Experience working within a System Integration Team (SIT) environment

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of MEP systems integration
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning processes
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering coordination
• Understanding of requirements management and systems validation
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and integrated infrastructure environments

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities
