Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for construction and engineering projects.
• Source materials, equipment, and services from qualified suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and manage supplier relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and procurement agreements.
• Administer procurement contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate procurement schedules to support project delivery timelines.
• Monitor procurement performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports, documentation, and supplier evaluations.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supply chain management activities.
• Manage procurement risks and maintain continuity of project supply requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.

Experience

For Procurement Team Leader:

• Minimum 12 years of procurement experience.

For Senior Procurement Engineer:

• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience.

For Procurement Engineer:

• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience.

For Procurement Officer Roles:

• Relevant procurement and construction industry experience.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in construction and engineering projects.
• Mandatory experience in hospitality and VIP hotel projects.
• Strong background in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience with high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with luxury hotel developments is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and procurement management expertise.
