Job Overview

China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18) is seeking experienced professionals to join the Masjid An-Nabawi Superblock Five Project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This landmark high-rise development is being delivered for Rua Al Madinah Holding with project consultancy support from KEO International Consultants. Procurement Manager

Responsible for procurement planning, supplier management, contract coordination, material sourcing, cost optimization, and procurement compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction Manager

Responsible for overseeing site execution activities, construction schedules, quality standards, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and project delivery objectives.

Logistics Manager

Responsible for project logistics planning, transportation coordination, inventory management, supply chain operations, material movement, and site logistics efficiency.

Lead Structural Technical Engineer

Responsible for structural engineering review, technical coordination, design interpretation, construction support, quality control, and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project activities related to the assigned functional discipline.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, construction standards, and quality requirements.
  • Review technical drawings, project documentation, and operational deliverables.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and performance objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Previous experience in 5-star hotel developments and large-scale mixed-use projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience with reputable contractors, developers, or consulting organizations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale construction projects.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of construction standards and industry best practices.
  • Experience reviewing technical drawings and engineering documentation.
  • Knowledge of project coordination and construction management processes.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and compliance management skills.
  • Ability to manage project deliverables within complex construction environments.

Certifications
