China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18) is seeking experienced professionals to join the Masjid An-Nabawi Superblock Five Project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This landmark high-rise development is being delivered for Rua Al Madinah Holding with project consultancy support from KEO International Consultants. Responsible for procurement planning, supplier management, contract coordination, material sourcing, cost optimization, and procurement compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction Manager

Responsible for overseeing site execution activities, construction schedules, quality standards, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and project delivery objectives.

Logistics Manager

Responsible for project logistics planning, transportation coordination, inventory management, supply chain operations, material movement, and site logistics efficiency.

Lead Structural Technical Engineer

Responsible for structural engineering review, technical coordination, design interpretation, construction support, quality control, and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project activities related to the assigned functional discipline.

• Experience with reputable contractors, developers, or consulting organizations.

• Knowledge of project coordination and construction management processes.
