We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist (IT Technician) to join a growing organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or a related role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with technical cabling and infrastructure installations.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation and maintenance.
• Good understanding of networking systems and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems and technical support processes.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• Microsoft Support Certifications
• Network-related professional certifications
