This role is ideal for construction professionals with experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, tender preparation, and project pricing within the precast concrete or construction industry.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning and business development efforts by preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and contributing to competitive tender submissions. Working closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams, the Estimator will help ensure project feasibility, cost control, and successful bid strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Support tender preparation and bid submissions.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Maintain estimation databases and cost records.
• Assist in evaluating project risks and cost implications.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project estimates.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in estimation within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • PlanSwift
  • Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing structures.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
