Working within an enterprise environment, the Cybersecurity Operations Engineer will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and security teams to address threats, vulnerabilities, and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, and support cybersecurity platforms and security infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability of security technologies.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, alerts, and escalated support tickets.
• Perform vulnerability remediation activities and security hardening initiatives.
• Conduct access reviews and support security compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guides.
• Support knowledge transfer and user training activities.
• Perform system tuning, optimization, and gap analysis.
• Execute disaster recovery (DR) testing and validation exercises.
• Generate security reports and provide stakeholder support.
• Coordinate with technology vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and security risks across enterprise environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations and security platform administration.
• Experience working within enterprise security environments.
• Proven experience supporting cybersecurity technologies and security operations processes.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following technologies:
  • Tenable VMDR (Vulnerability Management)
  • Kaspersky EDR
  • BeyondTrust PAM
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management practices.
• Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies.
• Understanding of privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
• Knowledge of security monitoring, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
• Experience performing security platform optimization and troubleshooting.
