Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join a growing recruitment team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with a strong background in technical hiring and talent acquisition within the information technology, telecommunications, ICT, and digital infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding activities. Working closely with hiring managers and clients, the IT Recruiter will play a key role in identifying top technical talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technical positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across ICT, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure domains.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, databases, and networking strategies to identify talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience in IT or technical recruitment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for ICT, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or technology-related positions is advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, job functions, and industry terminology.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
