Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which a customer may cancel an order.

1. Before Work Begins

Customers may cancel their service before work has started.
In this case, the cancellation request must be made within 1–2 hours of payment.

2. After Work Has Started

Cancellation cannot be made if:

  • Resume writing has started
  • Job posting already published
  • Promotion already activated
  • Tasks already assigned to our team

Once work begins, we cannot cancel the service.

3. Employer Job Posting Services

Employer credits or job posting packages cannot be canceled after activation.

4. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice due to a payment error:

  • One payment will be refunded
  • You must provide proof (screenshot or bank statement)

5. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital services, the following cannot be canceled:

  • Resume Writing Orders (after work begins)
  • Featured Job Promotions
  • Job Posting Credits
  • Digital Content Delivery
