2. Delivery Method

All services are delivered online, through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email (PDF, Word Document, or link)
  • WhatsApp (if shared by the customer)
  • Dashboard access (for employers posting jobs)
  • Website account (employer job posting access)

3. Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timelines are:

  • Resume Writing: 24–72 working hours
  • CV Optimization: 24–48 working hours
  • Job Posting Activation: 1–6 hours
  • Featured Promotion: 1–6 hours
  • Employer Credits Activation: Instant or up to 1 hour

Note: Timelines may vary based on workload or public holidays.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide:

  • Correct email ID
  • Accurate resume details
  • Job posting details
  • Employer information

Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Recrenza.

5. Non-Delivery Situations

Service may be delayed or paused due to:

  • Missing information
  • Payment failure
  • Technical issue
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect email

We will notify users by email/phone in such cases.
