Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer – Generative AI & Testing with 7+ years of professional experience to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for airline business processes. The role combines Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent development, and AI testing, with a strong emphasis on the quality, reliability, security, and performance of AI systems.

The successful candidate will build AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions while establishing comprehensive testing and evaluation frameworks. Responsibilities will span model validation, prompt testing, performance and regression testing, security testing, bias evaluation, and AI monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and modern AI agent frameworks.
• Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.
• Design comprehensive AI testing strategies for models, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Perform model validation and LLM evaluation to assess quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Conduct prompt testing, optimization, performance testing, and regression testing.
• Perform security testing and evaluate AI systems for potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Establish bias, fairness, and Responsible AI evaluation processes.
• Develop automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes for AI applications.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices covering deployment, testing, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate airline business requirements into AI solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of AI models, agents, workflows, and testing methodologies.
• Contribute to AI governance and quality standards for production AI systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, software engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI testing.
• Experience working with production AI systems and automated testing approaches.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Generative AI
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Vector databases
  • AI/ML models
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong experience developing AI agents, agentic bots, and autonomous workflows.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.

AI Testing & Evaluation

Strong knowledge of AI testing methodologies, including:

• LLM evaluation and validation
• AI agent testing

• Integration testing
• Regression testing

• Security testing
• Prompt testing and optimization
• Responsible AI testing
• Bias and fairness evaluation
• AI monitoring and evaluation metrics

MLOps & AI Governance

• Experience with MLOps and/or LLMOps.
• Understanding of AI deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks and AI governance practices is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

Domain Experience

• Experience in the airline, aviation, or travel industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of airline operations, customer service, reservations, crew management, airport operations, or passenger experience solutions is an advantage.
