Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI initiatives and innovation programs across banking functions
• Identify AI and Generative AI use cases aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate with business teams, Data Scientists, architects, and technology vendors
• Define project scope, governance structures, timelines, and delivery roadmaps
• Evaluate feasibility, ROI, business impact, and risks associated with AI initiatives
• Drive AI adoption and digital transformation programs across departments
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security standards
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions
• Prepare management presentations, steering committee reports, and project status updates
• Support implementation of enterprise AI and digital banking transformation initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of:
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning
  • Data Analytics
  • Generative AI
• Experience managing banking or financial services technology initiatives
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and digital banking ecosystems
• Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation programs
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills
• Experience coordinating enterprise technology and AI implementation projects
• UAE banking experience is strongly preferred
