🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities in recruitment, staffing, and manpower outsourcing across Saudi Arabia
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Hospitality, Logistics, and FMCG
• Handle client meetings, commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract renewals
• Coordinate manpower mobilization and deployment based on client project requirements
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and operational standards
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and operational coordination activities
• Collaborate with UAE Head Office and India back-office support teams
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and operational service providers
• Prepare regular business performance and operational reports for management review
• Drive operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth initiatives
