The role requires strong commercial acumen, operational leadership, and deep understanding of Saudi labor regulations and manpower deployment processes.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new business opportunities in recruitment, staffing, and manpower outsourcing across Saudi Arabia
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Hospitality, Logistics, and FMCG
- Handle client meetings, commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Coordinate manpower mobilization and deployment based on client project requirements
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and operational standards
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and operational coordination activities
- Collaborate with UAE Head Office and India back-office support teams
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and operational service providers
- Prepare regular business performance and operational reports for management review
- Drive operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth initiatives

- Strong experience in recruitment and manpower outsourcing operations
- Proven business development and client acquisition experience within KSA/GCC markets
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations and manpower operations
