Job Overview

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting various aspects of project execution, including quantity surveying, technical engineering, project documentation, contract administration, cost control, and construction coordination. Professionals with strong experience in high-rise building projects and large-scale construction environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Civil QS & Architectural QS

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Review contractor claims and variations.
• Assist with tendering and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Civil Technical Engineer

• Review technical drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure construction quality and compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
• Support project execution and problem-solving activities on-site.

Document Controller

• Manage project documentation and records.
• Ensure proper document control procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for project documents.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
