Job Overview
TDC Contracting Private Limited is seeking skilled Cost Control Engineers to support major Infrastructure and Smart Building projects in Riyadh. The selected candidates will contribute to project planning, cost monitoring, and tendering activities while ensuring cost efficiency and operational accuracy across ongoing engineering projects. Key Responsibilities
- Support project cost estimation and budgeting activities
- Prepare BOQs and tendering documentation
- Assist with project cost tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams
- Analyze project costs and financial data
- Utilize AutoCAD and MS Excel for technical and cost analysis
- Maintain project cost records and documentation
- Support EPC project cost control operations
- Ensure compliance with project budgeting standards
- Assist in infrastructure and smart building project execution
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in costing, tendering, or EPC projects
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Experience in infrastructure and smart building projects preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of tendering and project costing processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
