Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst specializing in HR payroll data management to support organizational reporting, payroll accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR payroll datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Perform salary data validation and reconciliation processes
  • Create and maintain MIS reports for HR and payroll operations
  • Develop dashboards and analytical reports using advanced Excel tools
  • Utilize functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, and advanced formulas
  • Manage large datasets while ensuring reporting precision and compliance standards
  • Support HR operations with data insights for workforce planning and payroll analysis
  • Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders for reporting requirements
  • Assist in automation and improvement of payroll reporting processes

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR payroll data analysis
  • Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
    • VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
    • Pivot Tables
    • Power Query
    • Macros and Advanced Formulas
    • Dashboard creation
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and HR operations
  • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining reporting accuracy
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data validation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in dashboard development and visualization
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
  • Exposure to business intelligence reporting or HR analytics environments
